Eric Cucciaioni was born and raised in Champagne, France (and will readily prove it to anyone with a bottle of Bollinger), from Italian parents. (Still no Asti Spumente please).

After spending his formative years eating pasta he moved to England to develop a taste for warm beer and a good cup of tea , and incidentally learned English.

Following a stint in Club Med in Africa, he moved to Florida to cleanse himself in the famous springs. Feeling rejuvenated he attended the University of Central Florida where he graduated with a degree in Motion Picture Technologies, otherwise known as Film School.

However he must have been sound asleep when Hollywood came knocking on the proverbial door. His dreams of fame, women and otherwise easy living, crushed, he went back to bartending and jobs as photography assistant, which led to the epiphany: “ Hey, I think I could do that”.
